Ferrari continued testing yesterday at its tracks at Fiorano and Mugello.
At Fiorano, Michael Schumacher completed 78 laps of the circuit while continuing the development of the car, including new components, that Luca Badoer has been working on this week, setting a best time of 1:01.428. Schumacher also completed 8 practice starts. Today, Rubens Barrichello will take over from Schumacher at Fiorano.
Meanwhile, at Mugello, Barrichello completed Ferrari's testing at the circuit. This testing included a long 53 lap run, after which, a routine engine change was carried out. After this, Rubens completed another 41 laps, setting a fastest time of 1:26.699. Jean Alesi and Marc Gene were also at Mugello, with Alesi completing 49 laps with a best of 1:28.308 and Gene running 64 laps with a fastest of 1:30.028.
