British American Racing today announced a new senior management configuration intended to solidify the organisation's corporate structure. Effective immediately, current Managing Director, Craig Pollock, becomes President and Chief Executive Officer of British American Racing Ltd. In this capacity, he will be accountable for the overall health of the company and ensuring value to all stakeholders, particularly investors, staff and key business partners. Reporting to him will be four Directors:

Vice President, Race Operations
Rick Gorne

Rick Gorne brings with him a wealth of experience, particularly as the result of his time at Reynard Racing Cars. He will be accountable for race team and test team operations, ensuring both a learning curve enhancement and an improvement in communications between these two key areas.

Vice President, Technical
Dr Adrian Reynard

Dr Adrian Reynard will continue in his current role as Technical Vice President of British American Racing and will oversee the research and development, design and manufacturing functions.
Vice President, Finance
Neil Wadey

Neil Wadey will continue in his current role as Vice President, Finance of British American Racing reporting to the Corporate Vice President. He is on secondment from British American Tobacco.

Vice President, Corporate
Tom Moser

Currently Head of Global Sponsorships at British American Tobacco, Tom Moser has accepted a temporary secondment to British American Racing in the role of Vice President, Corporate. In this capacity, he will continue the development of the team's business and support functions, particularly Commercial and Marketing, Human Resources, and Legal.

"We have always stated that we have a mandate to operate a transparent business, applying the highest level of integrity and ethics while providing fair return to all our stakeholders," commented Craig Pollock. "My decision to continue the evolution of our management team at this time is a natural progression towards that goal."

Greg Field has resigned from his position as Team Manager at British American Racing from May 18. During the last 12 months. Robert Synge, who was previously Test Team Manager, now adds the role of Race Team Manager to his existing responsibilities.
