The FIA has announced that the rules regarding testing will be strengthened to ensure safety:

• When the FIA has approved a circuit and a modification to that circuit has been made the approval will no longer be valid.
• There may not be any other cars on the track with another speed differential.
  Drivers who do not have a super licence may not be on the track on the same time with drivers who have.
• Attention must be paid to communication around the circuit.
