Allesandro Nannini will make his come-back into Formula One next Monday on the Estoril (Portugal) circuit. He will perform a test for the Benetton-Renault team.

The 37-year-old, who lost his right arm in a helicopter crash six years ago, it needed 10 operations to put it back on again, is looking forward to it: "I expect it to be a really great experience for me. It is something I have wanted to do for a long time and I am looking forward to it because my relationship with the Benetton team has always been special. It is thanks to Flavio Briatore that I have the chance of the test. It is very difficult to predict how it will go, but I will approach it just as a test. It is only that and I am not expecting anything more. Nor am I worried about my fitness or my medical position, I have proved how strong I am from racing in the ITC (Touring car)series."
