It has been reported that Ralf Schumacher is going to sign a two year contract with the Jordan-Peugeot team in Estoril, the next race. Ralf will start his Formula One career on the same team as his big brother Michael did, before going to Benetton and becoming World Champion two times in a row.

His Manager says the decision will be next week.

Montezemolo criticises Villeneuve

Luca di Montezemolo, president of Ferrari, has criticised Jacques Villeneuve for the unpleasant remarks he made towards Pedro Diniz. Villeneuve made this remarks after Diniz pushed him of the circuit because he didn't see Villeneuve. After the race Villeneuve said: "Well, he finished another race." But he surely did this in front of Villeneuve.

Montezemolo said: "He was arrogant. If he had another surname he would not be driving Formula One. It is easy to be a star when you may drive a Williams."

Jos Verstappen performed another Bridgestone test with a best time of 1:26.80.
